Product features:
• This product is a non ionic W/O emulsifier with an HLB value of approximately 4.9.
• STEARETH-2 is oil soluble, while STEARETH-21 is water soluble. It is added to the oil phase and water phase respectively to form a stable emulsion system, and the emulsion paste is delicate and bright. A liquid crystal system can be formed by combining with specific oils.
